Just joined the forum, and dropped in to say "G'day".

Started learning guitar about three months ago, still keen to learn, and can produce a couple of recognisable tunes, believe it or not.

I like folk, gospel and country ballads, especially the old 19th century stuff.

Guitars are an Ashton acoustic D700, (a cheapie, but a nice mellow sound and easy action) and a Yamaha Silent steel string (see the avatar), a weird looking instrument, but a great sound, and very versatile. Roland Cube x20 amp completes the equipment.

Look forward to some good advice in the guitar playing journey from the forumites.
